SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer a FREE delivery service to the local area which us up to 25 miles from our premises in Newry. Where possible we will try to arrange a time that suits you, morning or afternoon and we will always call on the day, to say we are on the way, just in case you have an emergency and can't be at home. We will then re-arrange a suitable time for delivery of your item(s).

Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges will be applied for delivery outside the 25 mile zone or for delivery in the evening, or if there is no-one at the delivery address when we call, a second delivery will accrue a charge. Please ask for more details instore.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

PRIVACY POLICY

From time to time you may receive emails from us, if you have subscribed to our newsletter. If you do not want to receive email from Newage Electrical or its affiliates you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication you receive from us. Please allow us 3 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
